In December last year, Concept Completion LLP moved to new premises.
This move provides us with larger warehousing space for equipment storage along with improved office facilities.
Situated just 5 minutes away from Londons premier entertainment venue, The O2, Concept Completion have easy access to all venues within London and the M25. From this location, we are still able to provide our excellent service to the rest of the UK.
Concept Completion were pleased to help Amnesty International with their student conference this year. The event, being hosted in London, saw Concept Completion provide an all encompassing solution, which incorporated lighting, sound, video and staging.
The lighting design was carefully thought through and incorporated several of the key Amnesty International brand colours. This helped ensure the event maintained it’s branding throughout. Using visualisation software, we were able to see how the event would look before committing to a final design. This also enabled Amnesty International to see how their table layout would work within the venue.
Concept Completion provided two different types of sound system for the event. The main system comprising of D&B audiotechnik equipment for speech relay and background music. This was supplemented in the evenings with additional D&B audiotechnik equipment to provide extra clarity for the band and DJ acts.
Staging consisted of two separate stages at opposite ends of the two rooms. The main stage was also supplied with a sleek looking projection surface and black surround.

Concept Completion worked on one of our flagship events in 2010.
They provided a creative, positive and faultless service (far beyond what we expected for our budget) and turned a series of empty archways into a visually stunning event space and utilised our brand colours in the design. They managed the project impeccably and we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and ‘can do attitude’ by the team We will continue to use Concept Completion for our future events!

Concept Completion were proud to help the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign by providing a cost effective lighting solution for their recent Microscope Ball. Converting the ball room of the Hilton Park Lane into a circus themed event was no small task, but Concept Completion were up to the job. By liaising with other contractors, we were able to introduce a stunning lighting design to complement the event. This consisted of lighting for the sit down meal and auction, whilst providing an upbeat and contemporary design for the evenings entertainment.

We also provided lighting for the reception room and break out rooms, which consisted of festoon and localised uplighting.
At the end of March, Concept Completion provided lighting design services and supplied lighting, truss and power distribution to the production company responsible for the Market Research Society’s annual conference. The main conference room was used for keynote speeches and then, with the quick removal of a central section, set and staging and the addition of the venue’s wall, the room was partitioned into two separate syndicate rooms for smaller sessions. This requirement meant that the lighting had to be designed not only to evenly light the stage as one, but also as two smaller stages. This meant two separate Litec QX30S trusses with two lighting systems that mirrored each other. The lighting comprised of an even stage wash from eight Selecon Acclaim fresnels. Ten ETC Source4 Junior zoom profiles were used to highlight the on-set logos and branding as well as the three different lectern positions. The two rooms were powered, cabled and controlled separately. With the removal of the wall and a quick addition of the set and stage piece and a lighting control link, the room became one again and ready for the keynote speech to the 500 delegate audience.

Concept Completion were recently engaged to provide services for an AXA Bancassurance event. The conference, held in Newcastle and Manchester, involved presentations and an awards dinner. The lighting design included uplighting the set with colour-matched LED fixtures. Texture was also added to the set by four bright, colour mixing moving lights which were also used to generate vibrant and dynamic looks to the whole room as employees came up to the stage to collect their awards. Front light was provided to light the entire stage evenly as it filled with award winners, with a specific highlight on the lectern. Lighting control came from the Avolites Pearl Tiger, a perfect desk choice for this job as the control position had to be kept discrete and compact.

A specific look for a break-out room was required to facilitate a change in emphasis around the room. Rather than providing a bulky ugly tripod, Concept Completion provided a simple, elegant and compact lighting stand solution with three lanterns to spot-light areas of the room controlled from a neat, compact dimmer. This was easy for the client to control as they wished, adding another dimension to an interactive presentation.
Concept Completion provided transport and logistics for the lighting and set elements to each venue, ensuring all the equipment reached the venues at the required time.
